Chayil told her mother this week that "the chicken was gas." That reminded me of when my grandmother would say that someone was "cooking with gas." Then I thought of when I say "I have gas" and "I need some gas." None of these phrases mean the same thing even though they use the word "gas."

Today, the term "son of David" is used again. It is used 24 times in the Bible. Is this phrase like "gas", where, depending on the situation and who is speaking, the meaning can be different? Let's find out when two blind men, desperate to see, call Jesus, "Son of David."
