Have you ever lost power at a time when you definitely needed it? I know I have on multiple occasions, and with how the world is now, when you lose power, pretty much nothing works. Because all of what we use these days needs electricity. Those of us who are old enough remember that when the electricity went out, your telephone would still work. If you wore a watch, it didn’t rely on electricity; it was mechanical, and you just needed to wind it. We didn’t have computers or smart watches, and now for many in the developed countries, their cars will not work without electricity. The same is true in our walk with God. We need power, specifically His power. The challenge for many of us is that we do not realize that We Do Have the Power to live a Godly Life.
