I remember the first time I met my future Father-in-Love. Regretfully, he passed before I proposed to his daughter, but I did get to know him for a couple of years. He was a lawyer from Liberia in West Africa. A learned man, well-spoken, but when I heard him speak for the first time, I may have understood about 60% of what he was saying.
